A6 (C7 Platform) Discussion - Bluetooth woes with 2016 - I recently replaced a 2013 A6 with a 2016 model, and I'm having some bluetooth issues. I was wondering if anyone knows of a solution? I read the manual and can't figure out how to connect two devices to automatically start correctly. I use a Samsung Galaxy phone for calls and have an iPod Touch for music. I've had various BMW's over the last 6 years. I have a MMI 2G High unit with Bluetooth however the BT doesn't work, it says no telephone installed. I have a 2012 A6 Avant S-Line 3.0TDi, lovely car, only 68K miles, I've owned it since 2013. Up to now, the only thing I've ever had to replace was the rear wiper motor. I use hands free quite a lot, and last week, out of the blue, it stopped working. Having established that my phone works OK in w Nav database is 8R0060884AD. Dealer says the Nav update might add a street or two, but isn't really required. The firmware update is a mysterious collection of updates that only the tech could tell me what was included after "looking at it" for the tune of $145. So, hooking up a cable to see what it says costs $145. I read on the internet but couldn't find 1:1 such problem. From what I've read, there's some kind of cooling valve that probably needs to be replaced and some sort of sensor. I checked up the car yesterday, looked for antifreeze on cables, plugs - I didn't see anything, but I'm not a professional. A4 (B9 Platform) Discussion - B9 Bluetooth issues - Hi, I've been trying to play my music through BT on my 2016 model, the music plays fine apart from every few seconds it judders, almost like a cd skipping. It will generally go the direction I'm turning, but it will sometimes jump a lot in either direction, such that when I try to turn the volume up a good amount, I have to switch over to the UwrY25.
