All Activity. Deleted the character with 24 slot bag. So as the title states, I thought my 24 slot bag from the e-mail promo was on another character and I ended up deleting the character who was currently holding the 24 slot bag. Did I lose it permanently or there is a way for me to recover the bag?
If you can't find your serial code, you can also include other identifying details to help the team verify ownership of your account. This includes: The full name on the account; Your date of birth; The phone number used on the account; The last four digits of the credit card on the account; etc.
Guild Wars 2: Secrets of the Obscure "Through the Veil" is here! Join the hunt! My Account; Hall of Monuments; New Player Guide; Support; Shop. Buy Guild Wars 2;
You don't have any better proof that you're the owner of the account if you buy a new key. :/. Lodau • 8 yr. ago. simply put, no :). ElvisXX • 8 yr. ago. Send in a support ticket as they usually recover the key for you, if you can pass their verification trial.
The usual 2-3 days wait times for support are unfortunately more like 4-5 days right now. If you've given all the information that you can, they'll verify the account and get it unlocked as soon as they can. Yeah I'm not too worried about getting it back, I'm more thinking by the time I get it back I may have moved on to something else.
So after many months I decide to give Gw2 a try but I can't log in, woohoo. So I try to recover my account but it requires a serial code which is apparently in my email. So I go to my email but can't find anything from Arena Net/Guild Wars 2, so what the fuck am I mean to do.
Guild Wars 2 doesn’t require a subscription to play. There’s no obligation to play and no downside to stepping away without making changes to your account. Once an account is deleted, there is no way for us to recover your information if you decide to return to the game at a later time.
Ask for the ticket to be escalated if need be. The only other option would be to reach out to the email you put in and explain the situation and see if they would be willing to help. They'd have to approve the change in email now and then in 90 days be willing to approve the change to the correct email address.
Note: If you don't have access to the email address on the account, please skip this step. Finally, please review our full article on Guild Wars 2 Account Security, located here. Once you have taken these steps in the order they are listed, please send a ticket or reply to an existing ticket of the same issue with a brief outline of what steps
I am having the same problem. It wanted to verify my ***@ncsoft which is obviously not an email, so I used my email I use to log into the official site and forums (and it has the same display name so it's definitely the same account) and it's telling me I'm not authorised.
